BOOSTER CLUB GUIDELINES
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The St. Peter Booster Board is a group of dedicated parents and community members who help to coordinate Booster Club activities, raise money for our athletic programs and are committed to making the student-athlete experience unforgettable. The board of directors consist of thirteen members: seven at-large positions and six coach-appointed sports representatives that alternate according to a predetermined schedule.

BOOSTER CLUB EVENTS
All Booster Club fundraisers are done in accordance with District 508 school board policy 004.8 “Booster Clubs”. The St. Peter Booster Club raises funds in two different way – membership dues and fundraiser events. MEMBERSHIP and FUNDRAISERS tabs are located at the top of the website menu.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
The foundation of the St. Peter Booster Club is our generous membership base which will allows us to promote projects that will enhance the athletic programs for Saint Peter Schools. We have established varying levels of membership to try and best suit your needs. See the MEMBERSHIP tab for the current year costs and incentives.
PROJECTS FUNDED
The St. Peter Booster Club is proud to support SPHS athletics. See the PROJECTS tab for the types of projects the Booster Club has funded.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
The St. Peter Booster Club realizes the importance of having the support of local businesses and organizations. Because of this, the Booster Club offers a variety of ways for local businesses and organizations to participate each year. Those options include:

WHAT WE DO
- Volunteer time and raise money.
- Contribute funds to enhance SPHS teams’ performances.
- Provide additional funding for SPHS athletic program equipment.
- Listen to and work with head coaches of each school-sponsored sport.
WHAT WE DON’T DO
- Openly discuss or review coaching or team support staff performances, even for those coaches which are funded by the Booster Club. Staff evaluations are SOLELY the responsibility of the school district.
- Openly discuss playing time issues.
- Recruit or encourage athletes from another school district to transfer to District 508.
- Pay for any fees associated with camps or clinics including participation, lodging and transportation fees.

- Hole Sponsorship with or without a team at Golf Tournament
- Silent Auction prizes and donations for Booster Bash
- Monetary donation of their choosing
